I hated to see a nicer one go away - sometimes, people throw stuff out when they don't sell it on eBay.

Hey guys,

The lisk roaster is on my list of things to look for at tag sales. If I see them I will pick them up. I've passed so many up at tag sales before I knew the facts about them. I'm going to some today. I will buy them as I see them and offer to anyone who wants at the cost that I paid and shipping.

Stuffed peppers would be great in the roaster too.

Hey:

I scored one of the robin's egg Lisks the other day. Would like to keep it, but considering the look my wife gave me when I came home with a beautiful old Nesco Electric oval roaster (complete with enameled nesting pots), that may not be too wise.

(We've already got a rectangular Nesco, not to mention a Crock Pot and Wolfgang Puck aluminum roaster from my mom that have never been used.)

It would be wise to give the Lisk to our Cinccinati friends with the blue Chambers. They started this whole mess!
